We were invited on a "surprise" birthday hike for our friend...it wasn't super elaborate :-) It involved showing up at their house ready to go(she was in her pjs still:-))and then heading out to lunch and then a hike...
It was fun she was surprised, and I think she felt loved:-) And we felt blessed by their friendship too...
Daniel enjoyed the hike from the carrier...so did their little guy...Holden was in the backpack most of the time...I am so glad that is Tom's job!
Holden was fascinated by the moss...touched every time we came across it! I love his faces...he's so funny...He loves Ram and so he was in heaven on this trip with our friends...
This is the rattlesnake we encountered on the way back to our cars...fun stuff! Quite exciting! Good thing their was a high path and a low path we could just bypass it!
