Laughing Runs in the Family

Some of you may not believe me but our house is filled with laughter and silliness! Trust me I would not believe it either unless I saw it with my own eyes! When Tom and I started dating there was much speculation amongst our friends as to what if anything was said on our dates...since most people knew Tom to be of few words, and he told people I didn't really talk to him on our first dates! Even on our wedding day if you had asked me if Tom had a silly side I probably would have told you no...
BUT what I have learned in our marriage is yes he does...There have been many times when we have laughed for no reason...or he has been so silly we have laughed hysterically...I know...you understand my silliness...BUT Tom's? Its great! I love it!

So apparently Holden inherited the laughing gene...because he loves to do it and many times cracks himself up even if you are not being funny! I can't resist when his whole body gets into it!

I also must add to the things I said I would never do...
I said I would never enter my child in any cute baby contest or anything...
Well gap has a contest right now...and yep I entered him:-)
I said I would never put my child on the phone when they couldn't or wouldn't talk to the person on the other side...
Yep...Holden "talks" so much now I put him on the phone to talk to my dad...what can I say I am a victim of his cuteness;-P
Oh yeah and I swore I would NEVER talk about his dirty diapers or "blow outs"...
BUT yes it does happen I am embarrassed to say...
There is one more but I can't remember it right now...when I think of it I will add to it...

In other news...yesterday..Holden only wore 2 disposable diapers! yay! I got my cloth diapers in and I love them...I just wasn't adventurous enough to try them overnight...and grandmere Pam changed him once before I showed her how to use the cloth:-)

Gotta love those toothless smiles!

Holden has a grandmere too!? I thought my mom was the only one to insist on her grandchildren using that name.
