Today we went and checked out a local park that had water! Holden loves the water...have I mentioned that;-P He still is quite unsteady on his feet so I was helping him out...He's not too sure yet!
Here he was DONE with that hat! Off it went! Thank goodness for sunscreen!
See how wet he got! I got just as wet...par for the course when your son just learned took his first steps 2 days ago! It was kind of chilly once we were all wet! Did I mention he LOVES the water...we went back in a couple of times and got wet again after drying off...
Pause for a snack...See how DRY MJ is? She wasn't too sure about the randomly spraying water...or the other kids screaming every time they got hit!
Here over by the sand area...Holden found a rock, somewhat boulder like to an almost one year old...and do you know what he did? Like father like son...he attempted to climb the rock while mom...threw...I mean gently laid the camera down and stopped him...I'm such a party pooper...
This is from the park too...I would love a macro lens...but they cost $$$ doesn't all camera equipment...anyway, I have been trying to get an eyelash photo for a while now...and I captured this...I love that it is his profile...I just wish his face had been clean when I got this...without the dried oatmeal and sand stuck to it:-P

Great pics. I wish that Lucas would enjoy the water park. We will have to try again soon. Maybe a Mom's parkdate there this week?
