So somewhat fortuitously we purchased Holden some rain boots on Monday...Grandmere said she had wanted to get these frog boots for MJ last year but couldn't find her size...so she was thrilled when we found these in Holden's size...And then wouldn't you know we got rain today! Holden was having an exceptionally fussy afternoon...so I decided to do what any good mother would do...took him out to splash in the rain...it wasn't enough to make any huge puddles but he loved walking around in his boots...and he REALLY liked it when mama helped him jump like a frog:-)

He's SO excited! Sorry about the yogurt face and shirt...didn't think to clean him up:-) Oh yeah and I can't believe I cut off his head! I think he was moving toward me as I took the shot!

Brody's been mad at me the past 2 days when we got home from work b/c it was muddy and I didn't let him play outside. Maybe I need to get him some of those boots!
